What countries do you ship to and how long does it take?
We ship goods to the Baltics and Finland. Delivery time is usually 7-14 days.
How long does it take to assemble the puzzles?
This depends on the complexity of the model and your experience. On average, it takes 2-6 hours for smaller models and up to 12 hours for larger projects.
Does the kit contain everything you need?
Most of the time, all the necessary parts and mechanisms are included. If necessary, additional accessories (e.g. glue, batteries) are mentioned in the product description.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
If the product is defective for any reason, we will replace it free of charge.
Can the puzzles be used as decorations after assembly?
Yes! Most models have an aesthetic design and are perfect for interior design. Some models even have moving and illuminated parts.
